Diet & Exercise {Printable}

Oh, Monday, here we are again...


I don't mind though. Mondays feel like a new beginning. A fresh start. A clean slate. In keeping with that, I'm trying to do better about exercising and watching what I eat starting today, so I created a printable, and I'd like to share it with you too!


I left the column on the left blank, so you can fill in your own exercises, and there's  one space under the "Food Intake" section that's blank in addition to the line for tracking your daily calorie intake. I put my chart in a page protector, so I could fill it out with a dry erase marker. I wanted it somewhere that I would see it everyday, so it's up on my fridge.
Want a handy tip? You can keep a pen or marker on the fridge with a magnetic clothespin or clip (like a chip clip).
